JOANNA is a lovely wee girl ferret looking for a new home where she can be the centre of attention.

Joanna would love to find a home where she's the centre of attention.
Joanna would love to find a home where she's the centre of attention.

She is currently being cared for by the Scottish SPCA Aberdeenshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

She is a good girl and would be a great ferret for someone who hasn't owned one before. However, the Society is looking for a knowledgeable owner who has done some research into female ferrets being in season.

This young lass is very well behaved with the staff at the centre and loves to have a little play with anyone she can before falling back asleep. Unfortunately, she has not done too well when introduced to other ferrets therefore she would prefer to be the only ferret in the home.

Joanna will need a large secure enclosure preferably inside where she can climb and play. She will also need a home that has the time to bond with her as she thoroughly enjoys human interaction, she would cuddle into you all day if she could.

If you can give Joanna her new home, please apply via the Scottish SPCA website https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/13038-joanna
