Information session to spotlight Chivas Bros training opportunities

AN information session focussing on training opportunities with a major Moray employer are set to be held in August.

Chivas Bros are keen to deliver another training course for Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) customers in the distillery and manufacturing sector.

This course is for 18-24-year-olds and consists of pre-employment training, guaranteed job interview and work experience placement. There are 10 places available on the pre-employment training and work experience placement, if successful, candidates could move into full time employment.

The course commences on August 21 and will run for three weeks.

Ross Keddie, Operations Manager at Chivas, and Jacqui Taylor from UHI Moray will deliver an Information Session to anyone interested in finding out more about the business, course and vacancies on offer.

This is set to take place on Tuesday, August 15 from 10.30am to 12 noon at UHI Moray, Moray Street, Elgin, IV30 1JJ.
