AS the festive holidays rolled to a close, there were again no fish landings at Buckie Harbour last week.

However, two cargo vessels called.

First in was MV Runner (Liberia) on December 31, importing 2250 tonnes of salt from Kilroot before sailing light to Aberdeen on January 5.

Arriving on the same day was the Dutch-registered MV H&S Fairness. She imported 1798.64 tonnes of malt from King's Lynn and sailed light to Rotterdam, also on January 5.
