Early Leaning and Childcare course set for Buckie

EARLY Leaning and Childcare (ELC) and employability are at the heart of a six-week training course due to start soon in Buckie.

The Introduction to ELC and Employability course is aimed at young people and adults who may have barriers to employment. For those interested in working in a childcare setting the course can open up opportunities for trainees to progress further.

It will feature one-to-one sessions in a group setting.

Running the course is the AB56 Futures project based at the Lady Cathcart Centre in Buckie. The course is set to get under way on Monday, August 28 and run for six weeks. Classes will take place from Monday through to Thursday, 9.30am to 1pm.
