Run by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) the online event will take place on Tuesday, January 24 between 11am-12pm.

Following the usual format for the jobs fair, it will feature a 60-minute intensive period of vacancy and opportunity information aimed at DWP customers. The main aim is to post a tweet every minute during the period, sometimes even two.

In addition to highlighting the range of vacancies available within different sectors, the DWP are also including information and advice on what type of roles are available in the current Moray jobs market.

It is not necessary to have a Twitter account to access the online jobs fair, which is available at @JCPinScotland

DWP customers who do not have access to the internet but wish to take part in the virtual jobs fair should arrange this through their local Jobcentre.

Developing the Young Workforce Moray will also run the jobs fair on their Facebook page at the same time.

Employers who have vacancies they would like to include in the event should get in touch with the DWP as soon as possible.
