A drop-in session is planned regarding proposals to build more homes in Cullen.

Morlich Homes are proposing to build new homes on a 3.4 hectare site off the town's Seafield Road. Under Moray Council's Local Development Plan, the area has been allocated a capacity of up to 55 houses.

Handling the application for Morlich Homes is GH Johnston Building Consultants Ltd, who will have representatives at the drop-in to listen to comments and suggestions from the public.

Comments can be submitted on the day via a response form or, if preferred, taken away, completed and returned to GH Johnston Building Consultants Ltd at Willow House, Stoneyfield Business Park, Inverness, IV2 7PA. Comments may also be submitted via email to kenny@ghjohnston.co.uk or connor@ghjohnston.co.uk

Further information about the proposed development is available by contacting these addresses or phoning (01463) 237229.

It has been highlighted that comments submitted during the consultation do not constitute representations to Moray Council regarding the proposal.

The drop-in is due to be held at the Seafield Arms Hotel Rotunda in Cullen on Monday, April 4 from 3pm to 7pm.
