THE Buckie branch of the Clydesdale Bank is one of 40 to close across Scotland.
The bank announced on Wednesday that it is to close branches as it moves more towards digital banking.
Gavin Opperman, customer banking director, said: "While the decision to close any branch is never an easy one, it is important that we, in line with other banks operating in the UK market, continue to respond to changes in the way customers want to bank with us."
The Buckie branch will close on May 10. The Clydesdale in Banff will also close on May 9.
The nearest branch is the one in Keith.
