THERE'S a happy go lucky chap looking for his forever home in our latest Pet of the Week.

Bow would love to find a loving forever home to call his own.
Bow would love to find a loving forever home to call his own.

Bow the Staffordshire terrier is currently being cared for by the Scottish SPCA Aberdeenshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

He's a cheeky chappy who makes the staff at his centre laugh with his funny antics. A very cheery dog, he's happiest when playing with his toys or rolling to and fro on his blankets.

Bow’s an older gent at 14 years old, but don’t let his advanced years fool you. He is still an active dog and is looking for new owners who will be able to take him walks in the park so that he can explore and have a roll around on the grass.

He would like to be the only pet in the home and would need a large, enclosed garden where he can wander off lead and play with his toys.

Bow has some pre-existing health conditions due to his age. They do not currently require treatment but his new owners will have to monitor his health carefully as they may not be covered by pet insurance.

If you can give Bow his new home, please apply via the Scottish SCPA website https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/10150-bow
