Changes to Moray immunisation venues

THE venues for pre-school immunisations in Moray are set to change from this coming Monday.
Such childhood immunisations continue to be a very high priority in Moray and across Scotland the Scotland-wide programme has been ongoing throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
Parents/guardians are being urged to take up their child's immunisation appointment to protect them against serious preventable diseases.
Pre-school immunisations cover all those for children aged 0-5, including those for babies at eight, 12 and 16 weeks, those administered at age 12-13 months andat four years old.
Immunisations scheduled for the coming weeks will now take place at the following locations depending at which practice they are registered. This information is also provided in the appointment letter.
Locations: Ardach and Seafield, Buckie – Seafield Hospital outpatients department; Cullen –At the practice; Fochabers –Milne's High School; Keith – Turner Memorial Hospital outpatients department; Aberlour, Rothes and Dufftown –Fleming Hospital, Aberlour; Tomintoul –At the practice; Glenlivet –At the practice; Moray Coast –At the practice; Culbin and Varis –At the practice; Linkwood, Elgin Community, Maryhill Practice –The Oaks.
Sone of these locations will be for a temporary period only. Those attending are asked to ensure that neither they nor any members of their household have Covid-19 symptoms. One one parent/guardian is urged to attend with a child.
A face covering is required before entering a community hospital or GP practice building.
