Every Tuesday from 1pm a representative from the Moray Wellbeing Hub (MWB) will be on hand at the Buckie Hub's premises at 17 East Church Street for an informal chat.

One of the tools available through MWB to aid those struggling with mental health challenges is Discover Pathways to Wellbeing in Moray. This is designed to help people make decisions either on their own or as part of a conversation with a friend, family member or supporter, to decide what level of support might be appropriate for them at this time.

The website offers advice covering a wide range of issues as well as indications as to the typical waiting period involved in accessing them. In considering the way ahead, the tool urges people to not only reflect without judgement on their present situation with a trusted supporter but also consider which options are appropriate both in the sort and long term as well as bearing in mind there was no such thing as a 'wrong' choice or failure.
