Buckie Harbour fish landings round-up

ALMOST 350 boxes of fish were landed at Buckie Harbour last week.

A total of 343 boxes of fish/prawns/squid and no bags of clams were brought ashore by eight vessels.

The boats were: Kestrel; Our May; Chloe Ella; Pegasus; Lily Oak VI; Deeside; Boy Sam; Skua.

A single cargo vessel called at Buckie last week, the German-registered MV Paulin – B. She imported 2219.3 tonnes of salt from Kilroot on September 10 before exporting 2000.62 tonnes of pebbles/cobblestones to Rye five days later.
