Buckie Harbour fish landings round-up

THERE was a busier week in store on the fish landings front at Buckie Harbour last week.

Six vessels brought ashore a total of 419 boxes of fish/prawns/squid as well as 448 bags of clams.

The boats were: Our May; Lily Oak VI; Emerald Dawn; Boy Sam; Pegasus; Chloe Ella.

A single cargo vessel – the MV Pernille (Cyprus) – called at Buckie Harbour last week, importing approximately 2400 tonnes of soya from Rotterdam on June 7. She sailed light on June 9.
