Buckie Harbour fish landings round-up

JUST over 250 boxes of fish were landed at Buckie Harbour last week.

Five vessels brought 264 boxes of fish/prawns/squid ashore, slightly down from 271 boxes the week before. No bags of clams were landed, the same as the previous week.

Taking their catches to the quayside were: Our May; Boy Sam; Chloe Ella; Lily Oak VI; Jenna Maree.

A single cargo boat called at Buckie last week, the Barbados-registered MV Wilson Loviisa. She imported 2268.24 tonnes of malt from King's Lynn on January 22 before sailing light to Immingham on January 25.
