Buckie Harbour fish landings round-up

AN extremely quite seven days of fish landings was recorded at Buckie Harbour last week.

Just 20 boxes of fish/prawns/squid no bags of clams were brought ashore, making it even quieter than the previous week when the respective figures were 91 and 45.

Landing their catches at Buckie last week were Lily Oak VI and Boy Sam.

A single cargo vessel called at Buckie last week, the St Vincent-registered MV Nina 1. She imported 1108.6 tonnes of malt from Mistley on April 10 before sailing light to Rotterdam the following day.
