Buckie Harbour fish landings round-up

FISH landings at Buckie Harbour have remained pretty much constant week on week.

Last week saw 258 boxes of fish/prawns/squid brought ashore, slightly up from the previous week's total of 234.

However, landings of clams were down from 86 the week before last to zero.

Four vessels brought their catches ashore at Buckie – Our May, Boy Sam, Flourish and Lily Oak VI.

On the cargo front, the MV Elisabeth - S (Latvia) imported 2092.96 tonnes of malt from King's Lynn on March 11, going on to export 2501.34 tonnes of pebbles/cobblestones to Groveport six days later.
