The Peoplehood Project in the town would love to welcome new recruits to their team of Volunteer Digital Buddies.

Peoplehood aims to support older people in the town with digital upskilling in a bid to help them feel less isolated.

Through supplied tablet devices, community group sessions and one-to-one support, the organisation wants to change people's relationship to technology.

The Peoplehood Project are also offering drop-in sessions at Buckie Community Hub every Tuesday from 10am to 1pm when, as well as enjoying a cuppa and a chat, people can learn about gaining new skills, trying new activities and volunteering with the project, as well as finding out more about E-Car and how they could get a free tablet.
