Buckie area road closures ahead

THE Buckie area will see a number of road closures and restrictions in place this coming week.

Bellmouth and road crossing works mean the C62L Clune to Bogmuchals road at Ardiecow will be closed to traffic from July 24 to July 28.

A diversion will be in place via C62L, U47L, C4L, C7L and C62L.

Due to Peter Fair coming to town, a stretch of road 200m east and 450m west of March Road junction will have a temporary speed limit of 30mph in place over July 26-28.

Meanwhile, the C11L Drybridge to Deskford Road south of Greens of Blairock will remain closed until July 25 due to emergency road repair works. A diversion will follow the route C11L, U59L, B9018 and C11L.

Findochty Harbour road between the junctions with Commercial Street and Main Street remains closed until August 31 due to road structure repairs and road surfacing. Drivers shoukd use Commercial Street in the meantime.
