Further arrests for drink driving

GRAMPIAN Police have charged eight people in the second week of the festive drink/drug driving campaign.

Six people were caught driving under the influence of alcohol, a further one person was unfit through drugs and one person was unfit through alcohol.

Seventeen drink or drug drivers were caught in the first week of the campaign - six from Aberdeenshire.

Drink or drug drivers can be reported 24-hours-a-day to Grampian Police on 0845 600 5 700 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.
