Locos manager Richard Hastings said of the signing: “We are delighted to have finally secured the services of Taylor, he is a player of pedigree having played the last few seasons in the JD Cymru Premier.

"He is a dynamic ball playing central midfielder who joins us at a good age and brings a desire and ambition to make an impact at the club.”

Locos opened the Highland League season with a 3-1 victory over Clachnacuddin in Inverness.

This was followed by a 2-1 away victory over Dyce in the Aberdeenshire Cup.

They had to settle for a point at Harlaw Park last Saturday when they drew 1-1 with Banks o' Dee.
