Fyvie took on Turriff United at the Haughs in a local friendly in what proved a tough game for the visitors against the Highland League side.

Fyvie started the game well and contained the Turriff side for the opening 20 minutes of the game before Turriff won a penalty

Stepping up to the mark was Aberdeen FC loanee Tyler Mykyta who rattled the ball off the post just as a heavy rain shower opened up and slowed down the pace.

In the second half Fyvie brought on Stephen Lawrie to replace Stewie Sleigh who had picked up an injury and also swapped out Lewis Neil for Darren Chapman.
