There’s a large squad of contributors who’ll share their reactions to ten old Scottish Cup finals that will feature in the series.

First up is Aberdeen v Rangers from 1982.

Watching the big moments and reacting in real time to the epic encounter which went into extra time are presenters Tam Cowan and Stuart Cosgrove, footballer and commentator Leanne Crichton and former player Rose Reilly plus comedians Mark Nelson and Gareth Waugh.

Other programmes in the series will feature Michael Stewart and Steven Thompson, ex-player Chris Iwelumo, former Miss UK Nicola Mimnagh, comedian Janey Godley, James Allan from Glasvegas and presenter and singer, Shereen Cutkelvin.

Cup Classics will air on Friday, April 9 on BBC Scotland at 10.30pm.
