The current provision of free outdoor fun family sessions, low impact aerobics classes and branded High Intensity Impact Training sessions will continue to take place at Aberdeenshire Coucil's facilities.

If you’re already a member of Live Life Aberdeenshire, you can see what’s available in your area online at https://livelifeaberdeenshire.org.uk/sport-and-physical-activity/timetables/

Otherwise, you can join for free and book your session online: https://bit.ly/bookLLA

Strict social distancing will always be practiced by teams and participants should be aware no changing or toilet facilities will be available for outdoor classes.

Customers should come prepared for the activity and bring water and anything else they need with them.

With the removal of the five-mile travel limit for leisure some customers will be able to take part at centres other than those in their immediate area.
