The Forres golfer defeated home hopeful Stuart Tatters 4&3 in a high-quality final on Friday.

Wilson adds the Moray five-day open scratch title to his own club's open crown, which he won in 2018.

The Lossiemouth club could at least boast about having the winning golfer in both handicap competitions.

David Finlay lifted the MacPherson Rosebowl after beating Moray club colleague Jamie Edwards 2&1 in the lower handicap tourney.

And James Stewart got his hands on the Ross Anderson Trophy after a 6&5 success over Chris Timm (Overstone).
