Charlie’s brother Innes plays at centre back for the Jags, and they become the latest in a family line to serve the Victoria Park outfit.

His uncle was a Buckie goalkeeping great, Alec Innes while his great grandfather Edmund Geddes was a highly-rated full back at Buckie between the wars.

Edmund’s father William Geddes was Thistle club president, only the second to serve that role in Jags’ long history.

Charlie played for Buckie’s under-18s last season and more recently has been playing welfare football for Cullen.
