They will now host the winners of the Keith v Fraserburgh quarter-final, which was postponed due to a wet Kynoch Park surface and will be rescheduled later this month.

Formartine United held their nerve in a penalty shoot-out to defeat Inverurie Locos at North Lodge Park.

Julian Wade broke the deadlock around the hour mark for United with Callum Duncan levelling ten minutes later.

Formartine won 5-4 on penalties and will now play at home against the winners of tonight’s tie between Hermes and Buckie Thistle.
