Police in Banff are appealing for witnesses after a report of dangerous driving on the B9025 Aberchirder to Turriff road.

Police said a dangerous driver forced another vehicle to “take evasive action” to avoid a crash.

The incident took place at about 9.30am on Tuesday, December 14.

PC Greig, the inquiry officer, said: “A silver vehicle was reported to be driving dangerously and as a result another vehicle had to take evasive action to avoid a collision.

“We are particularly keen to trace and speak with the driver of a black Range Rover who was within the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident take place.”

Anyone with information or dashcam footage which they believe may assist Police Scotland’s investigation is asked to call 101 quoting incident PS20211214-2730.
