Turriff residents wanted to influence local decisions

Turriff And District Community Council are on the lookout for nominations to fill 11 upcoming vacancies.

Anybody who lives or works in Turriff can join the group which meets monthly to discuss local happenings.

Forms - which can be found on the Aberdeenshire Council website or by e-mailing: formartineareaoffice@aberdeenshire.gov.uk - must be returned by 5pm on Monday May 17.

If the number of nominees outnumbers the spaces available then a ballot will take place on June 1.

The community council’s AGM will take place on Monday June 7 at 7pm, and for more information on this you can contact turriffanddistrictcc@gmail.com.
