Travel update: A96 closed in both directions south of Huntly

Traffic Scotland have reported that as of 1pm the A96 is CLOSED in both directions near Huntly due to a vehicle fire and fuel spillage.

Traffic is beginning to build in both directions and drivers are asked to find alternative routes at present.

Update 2pm - All lanes are now running in both directions.
