The Proclaimers are back on tour and 2022 sees them recording their 12th studio album in the new year and then touring from the summer, kicking off with a main stage appearance at the Isle of Wight Festival in June.

November and December 2022 sees The Proclaimers embark on a 11 date Scottish tour including Inverness Leisure Centre on Thursday, December 15 and the P&J Live on Saturday December 17.

The Proclaimers songs are timeless, capturing a gamut of human emotions, written with poignancy, emotional honesty, political fire and wit.

Their songs feature at weddings, funerals and everything in-between and there is one song in particular, an early celebration of falling head over heels in love that is known the world over and has become a staggering global anthem.

Tickets for the tour are on sale from Friday, November 26 at 9am on Ticketmaster.
