Thainstone Business Park, near Inverurie, announces completion of industrial units

Two terraces of new build industrial units are now available in Aberdeenshire as developers GSS Developments and ANM Group announce immediate availability at Thainstone Business Park.

The new 65-acre industrial development, near Inverurie, is strategically located in a prime location just 15 miles north-west of Aberdeen City Centre, and features six high quality industrial units, ranging from 1500 square feet to 2500 square feet.

The multi-let business units are ready to lease and are suitable for cross sector businesses including oil and gas, storage and distribution, and trade counter operations.

Marketing agents for the development Ryden and CBRE are reporting strong interest in the units and will be hosting an open morning for any interested parties to tour the development.

This will be taking place on Friday May 27 between 10am and noon.
