St Peter’s Primary hosts sports day at Buckie Community High School

Pupils and staff at a primary school marked the beginning of summer with their sports day.

The weather played ball during the event as the youngsters from St Peter’s Primary made the short trip to Buckie Community High School’s playing fields.

A wide range of sports and activities awaited, presenting varied challenges to the pupils.

Among the activities on the sports day menu were football, handball, hockey, the hurdles, the long jump and the javelin.

A day of fun was had by all, which included a picnic.
