Aberdeenshire schools remain closed due to poor weather





A number of schools have been forced to remain shut due to adverse weather.

Several primary schools and high schools across Aberdeenshire will not be opening their doors on Monday, January 6, due to snow.

The Gordon Schools in Huntly is shut to all pupils, as is Alford Academy. Largue, Aberchirder and Banff primary schools are also shut.

Scores of other schools will remain closed, including Turriff Academy. Banff Academy, however, is open.
