A96 in Keith reopened after Moray blaze

The road through a north-east town has reopened after a fire.

The A96 through Keith was shut for more than eight hours after a blaze which affected two properties.

Eight fire appliances were called to the scene of a fire on Regent Street after 9am this morning.

There are no reported injuries. The road reopened at around 6pm.
