Alford farm broken into and tools stolen with police launching information appeal





Police are appealing for information in relation to a break in at a farm.

A shed at the farm near Ardgathen, Alford was broken into and the following tools stolen: Husqvarna stone cutting tool, Makita angle grinder, Husqvarna 365 Chainsaw, Husqvarna 135 chainsaw, Makita impact wrench, two Husqvarna leaf blowers.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “The theft occurred between Sunday, July 7 and Sunday, July 21.

“If you have any information in relation to this incident you can contact police on 101 or using the ‘Contact Us’ form on the Police Scotland website https://www.scotland.police.uk/secureforms/contact/

“Report anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 with the reference CR/0271667/24.”
