Macduff housebreaking being investigated by police

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed a housebreaking or people acting suspicious in the early hours of Christmas Day in Macduff.

Between 3am-5am on Souter Street an unknown person was trying doors of properties and did break a window.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “If anyone has seen anything suspicious or has CCTV to assist with enquiries, please contact Police Scotland on 101 or on using the Contact us form https://orlo.uk/Af1a6 using reference PS-20241225-0468.”
