PICTURES: Turriff Show Ladies Day makes a welcome return for 2022

The long awaited return took place on Sunday of the highly popular Turriff Show Ladies Day, where 300 guests were welcomed to a special marquee at the Haughs.

Commenting Gill Gaul, one of the organising committee said: "After a challenging two years we were all really looking forward to letting our hair down and having a great day.

"The event took inspiration from ABBA's comeback and thanks to our sponsors and in particular Annie Kenyon of AKA and AKD we were able to welcomed Voyage the ABBA Tribute as our headline entertainment."

The afternoon was compered by Steve Innes and following a two course lunch and drinks the event saw a host of party games, raffles and the extensive auction which has been very highly supported by local businesses.

These included a five night camper van hire, tickets and overnight stay for the upcoming Coldplay concert, a makers workshop for a silver bangle from The Smiddy in Banff, afternoon tea for 10 at Delgatie Castle and a spa day at Stobo Castle as auction items.
