A98 crash between Buckie and Fochabers results in one casualty being flown to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary





One person has been airlifted to hospital after three ambulances were called to a two-car crash in Moray.

The collision happened at around 12.30pm today (June 10) on the A98 between Buckie and Fochabers and a casualty was flown to hospital in Aberdeen.

A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We dispatched a number of resources to the scene, including three ambulances, a rapid response unit, and an air ambulance.

“We airlifted one patient to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.”

Police Scotland confirmed earlier that the A98 is closed at the junction with the A990 near Enzie, Buckie. Road users are advised to avoid the area.
