One death within Moray over past week

One death and 310 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Moray within the last week.
This is a slight reduction from the 325 cases confirmed in last week's update.
There have now been 4422 cases in the area since the outbreak began.
Figures about how many of those people required hospital treatment for the virus are not broken down into council areas.
In total, 46 people from Moray have died over the past 18 months.
Of these 34 tested positive for Covid-19 and passed away within 28 days, while 12 had the virus mentioned on their death certificate.
NHS Grampian – which includes Moray, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City – has now confirmed 42,018 cases of coronavirus since the outbreak began.
Moray neighbourhood update
All but one of Moray's 24 'neighbourhood areas' confirmed at least three cases of Covid-19 between October 4 and October 10.
The single exception was Keith and Fife Keith.
Elgin is currently the worst hit town with 88 cases.
Buckie is next with 71.
Lossiemouth has 18 while Forres has 12

Vaccination update
The number of people aged 16 plus in Moray to have received both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine is 69,185. This accounts for 86.8 per cent of the area's adult population.
The number to have received one dose is 73,888 – or 92.7 per cent.
