Police Scotland's newest recruit is calling on the public to help with a new service name.

Standing at 17.3hands high the five year old gelding who's a big friendly giant loves lots of attention and the odd carrot.

Since starting his four week trial with us in June, he has taken everything in his stride and is now ready to get out and help keep communities safe.

As part of his service role, he will have a new name voted for from three favourites which have been suggested:

They are Dyce, Inverurie or Livingston.
