North-east dealer Ravenhill named in New Holland Dealer of The Year Awards

Winners of New Holland’s 2021 Dealer of The Year Awards in the UK have been announced with north-east and Moray based Ravenhill claiming the medium size dealership award.

The annual awards celebrate excellence in performance and service quality across its extensive dealer network.

Headquartered in Elgin, Ravenhill has been in operation for 37 years and operates outlets in Elgin, Maud, Turriff, Dingwall and Aberdeen and employs around 90 staff.

Ravenhill's managing director Stewart Davidson said: "As holders of the franchise for New Holland (formerly Ford) since we started operation, this award is recognition for our outstanding efforts in sales and service.

"The agricultural world doesn't stop and we have been fortunate to have seen a good year in 2021 inspite of Covid issues.

"Our sales have been consistent across the board including our other franchises such as Kuhn and Dalbo, Vaderstad and Kioti Groundcare."

He added: "This award is recognition for our outstanding efforts in parts sales and service, and of course this also reflects on all the hard work and effort put in by our dedicated staff and I thank each and every member of team Ravenhill, along with the continued support from New Holland, for helping us achieve this."

Pat Smith, New Holland Business Director for the UK and Ireland, said: “The purpose of these awards is to acknowledge and reward the performance and effort that our dealers put into the service they provide to our customers.

"The past two years have presented a unique challenge, not just in the agricultural machinery sector, but to all of us.

"That 2021 was a very successful year for New Holland and our dealers shows the excellent teamwork across our whole dealer network”.
