In a modern fling to the traditional dish, Lidl has unveiled its vegetarian haggis, neeps and tatties meal, in a supermarket first to create this dish under its popular McKinlay’s range.

Offering choice to consumers cutting back on their meat consumption and seeking delicious alternatives, the ready meal for one is vegan certified and available in stores now.

The classic Scottish recipe of vegetarian haggis, mashed potatoes and swede joins Lidl’s growing range of Scottish produce that Robert Burns himself would be proud of.

With a long-standing commitment to Scotland’s food and drink industry, Lidl boasts over 400 products from over 60 Scottish suppliers all year-round.

The McKinlay’s vegetarian haggis, neeps and tatties ready meal is available now across Lidl’s 104 Scottish stores.
