OAP nabbed in Muir cannabis plants swoop

CANNABIS plants have been seized by police during a raid of a farm property outside Muir of Ord.

Inspector Neil MacKinnon told the Journal: “On Friday, June 15, at a property in Aultgowrie a search warrant was executed as a result of an intelligence-led operation and a quantity of cannabis plants was seized.

“As a result a male aged 65 was detained and will be the subject of a report to the procurator fiscal.”
