Moray crash on A98 near Buckie - man reported for ‘careless’ driving





A man has been reported in connection with ‘careless’ driving after a crash that left two people in hospital.

Police have confirmed that a 27-year-old was reported after an incident involving three vehicles near Buckie.

The crash took place at 11am on Thursday, May 29, on the A98 near the Moray town.

Four ambulances were called and two people were transported to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At around 11.10am on Thursday, May 29, we received a report of a three-vehicle crash on the A98 near Buckie.

“One driver, a 27-year-old man, will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with careless driving.”
