Man charged with attempted murder after three people hit by car outside nightclub

A man has appeared in court charged with four counts of attempted murder after three people were hit by a car outside a nightclub.
Christopher Parry was at Elgin Sheriff Court yesterday following the incident in Buckie’s Cluny Square at around 2am on Saturday.
The 56-year-old, who is from Aberdeen, was also charged with assault and drink driving.
He made no plea and was bailed to return to the same court at a future date.
Two men were taken to hospital following the incident on Saturday.
