Man arrested for crimes in Newmachar area

Detective sergeant John Pirie at Fraserburgh Police Station said: “Following a police operation, a 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a number of offences including theft by housebreaking and theft of motor vehicle, following incidents that took place in the Newmachar area between Wednesday, September 15 and Monday, September 27.

“He is appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on today and a full report will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal."
