The north-east’s ultimate touring and holiday show – Love Touring Expo – is set to pitch up at Aberdeen’s P&J Live.

It will take place from Friday, October 28 to Sunday, October 30, with next year’s models of caravans, motorhomes, holiday homes and campervans, giving Scotland its first chance to see all the latest models in one place and secure one for the new season.

With holidaymakers keen to discover new destinations at home and abroad now that they have the freedom to do so, the touring and caravanning option is proving as popular as ever.

The Love Touring Expo will return to the Granite City.

Event organiser Jamie Taylor could not be happier that Love Touring Expo is back at P&J Live.

He said: “It’s so great to be back, with all the uncertainty of the last couple of years, stock levels returning to normal, and no restrictions I’m super confident this year’s show will give our audience everything they expect and a whole lot more.”

Attracting the avid tourer and welcoming newcomers, Love Touring Expo expects 15,000 eager attendees keen to splurge on taking to the open road in a motorhome or caravan, gearing up for camping, or simply staycationing.

Over the last 18 months the sales of new and used caravans, motorhomes, campervans and holiday homes has sky rocketed.

With so many new people into the industry, coupled with so many supply chain issues this saw stock levels at the lowest they have ever been.

This is slowly returning to normal, with demand set to remain high the show provides the experienced and newbie the perfect opportunity to see what suits them and provides all the information they could need for their staycation.

Already appealing to seasoned tourers, Love Touring Expo aims to be a one-stop-shop for everyone keen to broaden their horizons, learn from industry experts and satisfy the need to venture further than the kitchen.

This year the expo will provide a fuller day out for the visitor with the addition of the newly launched Pop-Up Food and Drink show which will be at Love Touring Expo. Giving visitors street food, great drinks (including pop up bars) and a little music.

Jamie said: “We’re keen to provide an enjoyable day out for everyone. As well as seeing the biggest range of products, experts will be available to provide tailored advice, plus lots of fun activities for all the family.

"Love Touring Expo unashamedly celebrates The Great British Holiday, and we can’t wait to welcome visitors to the show.”

Claire-Lena Miller-Davis, exhibition sales manager at P&J Live said: “Love Touring was an incredible success in October 2019, and it’s wonderful to see an event like this return with an even bigger impact.

"With more people than ever experiencing the joy and freedom of holidaying at home, we are delighted to host an event which celebrates what our beautiful country has to offer.

"We look forward to opening our doors again and are working closely with the Love Touring team to create the ultimate day out.”

Tickets are available at www.ticketmaster.co.uk priced at £14 for adults, including free parking at P&J Live. Kids aged 16 and under go free.
