Residents who live within the bounds of the area took to social media to express their concerns: "There has been a massive increase of people walking through the estate regardless of a sign at the entrance.

"This should not be an alternate walk for those who never walk there normally and should respect the residents who live there."

Uryside, Strathburn and Kellands parks remain open at present for those wishing to excercise by keeping social distancing and parents are also reminded that the play areas are closed.
