A right royal Queen's Platinum Jubilee party took place at the Tuesday Centre in Kemnay Village Hall.

Entertainment was provided by Ian Dow with favourite songs from Eva Will and Ian Booth. Mr Dow was also master of ceremonies with his cleverly devised royal pass the parcel and quiz.

The jubilee tea was a glorious array of eats including coronation chicken; ham, egg and cucumber sandwiches and golden crown cookies supplied by the Kemnay Farm Shop.

Eileen Roberston was delighted to report that £1820 was raised from the weekend's floral crowns and concert.

The Tuesday Centre's next meeting is on June 14 when guests include singer, songwriter and poet Aaron Jones.
