Morag said: "It is such a privilege to be nominated for these awards as all the finalists are nominated by the public.

"It is so rewarding to be recognised as a finalist on this scale as it is such a competitive industry with some truly amazing work being produced.

"I always aim to produce my best work within all aspects of my photography work. It is just amazing to be considered as a regional or even national winner."

Last year Morag was nominated in the same category. There are eight nominees in total, with photographers based north of Dundee eligible.

A Spokesperson for The Scottish Wedding Awards 2020 added: "These awards are the leading celebration for showcasing those that have demonstrated excellence in the industry.

"The aim is to acknowledge everyone in this sector that has shown skill, commitment and have the customer satisfaction as top priority.

"The competition is tough this year but it is time to acknowledge everyone who has shown dedication and professionalism in their workplace.

"With more entries than ever before, we would like to wish the finalists the best of luck."
