Inverurie Panto announces tickets are now available for festive shows

Tickets for the return of Inverurie Panto have gone on sale.
The pandemic forced the Christmas extravaganza into a hiatus in 2020.
However, the festive production will be able to be performed this December in Inverurie Town Hall.
A spokesman for the panto organisers said in the ticket announcement: "After a hiatus in 2020 due to the Covid pandemic, we're delighted to announce our return to the Inverurie Town Hall in December 2021 with a stunning production of Sleeping Beauty. Tickets are on sale now."
The show has been changed from the planned production of Snow White.
The panto moved into a custom-built 3000sq/ft scenery store and workshop at the end of 2019 and then lockdown came in the following March.
A grant was provided by Creative Scotland to the group after it lost income over the 2020 festive period.
For this year's shows the group has been working closely with Aberdeenshire Council to ensure that the cast, crew, production team and audience are as safe as possible.
Auditions have been held and the full cast is ready to go. Rehearsals have commenced in the dance studio at No.8 High Street.
Many of the production team and some of the cast were involved in the Aberdeen Student Show, Freezin', which re-opened His Majesty's Theatre last month after being closed for 18 months.
A new ticketing system is being used for the panto which caters for the use of eTickets and print at home tickets.
If any show has to be cancelled those who bought tickets will be offered a refund. There is also an option to purchase insurance should a customer be unable to attend a performance for any reason.
